I have a consol version 8 and i have the pro tools updated to version 8.5. i having trouble connecting my consol im having a firewire card in my audio interface its a blackfire ev out now when i am trying to configure the digi 002 console all i see is the firewired lighted up for a second and then the light goes out and i cant find it on i am on windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. i have no idea what im doing

I just bought a firewire card for my computer is a ASUSDirect video 07ef4s and when i try to configure the digi 002 consol i do see the firewired light come on and then it dies I can go to the settings in sound options and also from there it shows up the chain. The firewired card is only made by lle, doesnt say anything about lle on firewired cards but it isnt anythong different than my other card in the sound options. I tried the FIREWARE one in the back, no go. I also tried the FIREWARE 01 card in the front no go. The other items are all fine except for this FIREWARE S3 cards @ $200.00?
